Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to complain about the new camera that I bought from your company last week. There are two problems with my camera.

First, I wanted a purple camera, but you gave me a black one. Then, I can read  on the package that there are three different accessories, which are the same colour as the camera. In my package there are only two of them and they are different colour. They are green!

Could you please send me a new purple camera with all the accessories or could I have a refund ?

   Dear Mr Jones 

    I am so glad because I can tell you a special place to stay with your family. I  will tell you about "HOTEL MEGARO".

    First of all, the holiday resort is in a beautiful valley next to the coast without busy traffic. Also the hotel has got basketball and tennis courts. Your children can go surfing, sky diving and have fun at beach parties every night. Then, the cost includes all meals, the accommodation and one excursion to the countryside, so you do not have to pay extra money in this holiday. Finally, we can make all arrangements for hotel and the flights, so the flight will be very cheap for you and your family.

    

     I think that this holiday resort is the best for you and your family and you will have a good time there. Please call if you would like more information.
