An amazing story

                                   Maily's party!!

  It was Friday night when I went to Maily's party.I don't know how but everything went wrong.Actually not everything but only at the beginning. In the end something funny happened.
   Maily went to the super market 10 hours before the party.She took a lot  of things,like pop corn,juice,chips,pizza...But in the party there weren't any of those.There were only hungry people.Maily was disappointed.Then one boy tried to drink juice, but there was nothing in the glass.Everyone talked about this''Maybe it disappeared"After that I went on the stage and said"Maybe the boy has already drunk the juice,but he doesn't remember it.Now enjoy the singer"I said and one boy came up."He is a very good singer". But their instruments broke down.The gitar had only 2 strings and  piano didn't have any key. Lukily  that time a monkey trying to hide all the things when it stole.There were lots of chips,pop corn,juice ,pizza,key and 4 of strings."There are lot of stolen things!"we said and we are right.The monkey wanted the keys to build his house, the strings to make a door  and the foods to eat.
   ''This party is funny and horrible!"everyone said when they left!!

HARE AND TORTOISE

Unce upon a time there was a hare and a tortoise.The hare challenged the tortoise in a race in order to prove that he is faster than the tortoise.First, the hare was faster than the tortoise,but then the hare fell asleep under a tree.Eventually, the tortoise won the race and the hare was very sad!The final message of the story is that we must never give up!

Baby cry 1

 It was midnight, when I heard a baby crying out of the door. I didn't know who was. At first I thought that it was a joke, but the baby was crying for long. Then the cry stoped. After a minute I saw someone moving in our garden, running to the house next to us. I was so scared, me and my brother looked out of the window again and we saw someone taking a girl out of the house. We called the police. When they arrived it was to late. The man had just put the girl in his car. After one week a dead body found out of the house next of us. It was the girl's body, the man killed her and he leaved a message on her body. It says; '' Dear Sigons, I killed your daughter, now it's your turn. Love your cousin.''

 

A scary ghost

In  a scary night at twelve o'clock, I was walking in the street with my friend, but when we looked at the sea, we saw a black castle and  a  ghost. The ghost  said : 

"Hi my name is"the ghost of the world". 

Next, the ghost  used a very old magic trick and from a box a lot of ghosts got out and  screamed A A A A ...

Stories of Courage

          This is Mathew's true story of courage that I call "River to Freedom".One day Mathew was walking by a river in Egypt.That river was the famous Nile. Suddenly, he stumbled on and fell in the cruel river. He tried to swim to save his life but it was impossible.Then, he saw the two ,dark and yellow eyes of a crocodile.The crocodile was running incredibly fast towards him,but when it was about a step away from him it turned and walked away.

      

          That wasn't Mathew's first lucky escape.Some years ago,in the World War 1,he was into prison because of the German domination.Every day German soldiers hit Egyptians.One day they took them out of prison next to a river.His hope for freedom was getting bigger,so he asked a soldier about the river.The German soldier answered him that the river had electricity lines in it.His hope had been broken.To the Egyptians' luck,the bell rang for lunch ,so they made a line and started walking to take their tasteless food? When the most people had gone he ran towards the river and  jumped.He luckily swam under the electricity lines till he reached the other side of the river.

         Finally,his body was saved but weak.He remembered that he had some friends at the Port. He walked 30 kilometers in a day and fortunately arrived at the Port alive.His friends gave him a fast boat and he went to his dad's home,so the old father was there waiting for him.If we have difficult times in our lives, we should remember Mathew's courage and bravely fight against them.

Aliens ate my homework

Today, as I was walking home from school, a spaceship landed in front of me! An alien with eyes like a cat and long spidery legs came out. "I am hungry he said" he said. "I have come to your planet in search of books to eat ". "Books aren't food" I said. "That's the craziest thing I have ever heard," said the alien." I love a good book! Right now I am craving a big fat math book."

He started to walk towards me , he took my bag and he ate my homework. Then I ran to my house. I told my mum about it and she advised me to do another project, but at the same time the alien came to our house and he ate my mum's work project. After that, my mum became very angry and she broke a pan on his head. Finally, he fell down and we chilled out.

From now on, the alien won't eat our homework again.

A crazy class

Today, all the pictures we drew in art class came to life.I drew an airplane and it started flying around the room.Then I drew a giant ox and it started messing up everything.Manolis thought that we could send the ox to another classroom, so he opened the door and the ox went out to the other art class."Our class has kicked the ox out of our room", said Manolis."Who agrees with me?" "We all agree!!"we shouted.

After that ,we started cleaning up the mess and drawing new beautiful pictures, without knowing that unexpected adventure was waiting for us.Someone drew a scary and spooky ghost and brought it to life!This ghost wanted to put down our teacher ,in public, so it drew a mirror that had the same opinions with it.

We wanted to stick up for our teacher and we threw water to the ghost and killed it.Then we made a spell that said"the painting can't exist if the creator doesn't exist ".It finally worked and we drew happily ever after!!All's well that ends well!

Α STORY

It was a stormy night in London with lots of thunders. Little Jack was sitting near the fireplace with his grandpa, watching the storm outside the window. Then grandpa remembered a story that happened a long-long time ago, when he was a young man.

Then he said to Jack:"Jack,boy, I want to tell you a story that happened a long time ago". "What's this story about?" Jack asked. "It's about me, my crew, my ship and an unexpected adventure" grandpa replied. "Were you a captain on a ship?" Jack asked. "Yes, I was. It was a really big ship, named"Saint James". It carried a special cargo, too" grandpa said. "What was it?" the little boy asked. "Gold" the old man answered. "So  what happened next?" Jack was curious to know about the rest of the story. "OK, everything started a cold  November morning. We were ready to leave Liverpool harbour. The cargo was on board. We wanted to transfer the gold to China. So, we left and our journey began. 

The weather was calm, during the most of our journey. At the 40th night exactly in the middle of our journey a storm full of thunders began. One of the thunders hit the antenna and all the electronic systems failed. The sonar stopped, too. We didn't know if we were going to hit on a reef. Unfortunately, we hit on it and our ship sank with the gold in it. I survived, but I was in the middle if the ocean , hanging on a piece of wood, alone. When I woke up the next day, I realised that I was on a strange land. I was hungry so I explored the island and I ate some fruits. I needed to build a shelter, too. I cut some branches and I made the roof out of banana tree leaves. I was thirsty so I climbed on the top of the highest mountain of the island to find the water source. I found enough water and I watched the view. 

Suddenly, I saw two trees in a strange cross shape in the heart of the island. I climbed down the whole mountain and I reached that spot. I started digging and I found treasure. I was rich, but helpless. That night I dived in the ocean to find food. A shark attacked me, but I hit him at the nose. I ate well and I slept well, too. During the night I heard the noise of a boat. Luckily, they saw me and I returned home". 

"Wow! Fantastic story" Jack said. "But there's something more" grandpa said. "What?" Jack asked. " These are the coordinates if the spot that the ship is sunk. I want you to find the gold when you grow up. Are you ready for an adventure?" grandpa asked. " YES, CAPTAIN!" said Jack.

Jack and the beanstalk

                 Once upon a time ,far away over the mountains there was a poor woman that lived with her young son Jack.They lived in an old house next to a farm which had only one cow and one bull.The family was so poor that one day Jack's mum told him to take the cow and exchange it for gold in the market.

                 Unfortunately, no one wanted the cow,so he started going to his house.But a man on his way took the cow for three magic beans!Jack ran to his house and showed them to his mum, but she threw the beans out of the window!The next morning there was a huge bean outside Jack's window and he climbed on it.A beautiful princess gave him a chicken that laid golden eggs.He showed this to his mum and everyone was happy in the end!!!

Charles Dickens

As we all know Charles Dickens was one of the world's best and most famous writers.His novels have ''travelled'' around the world.In this composition that I'm going to write I'll tell you about two famous characters from Dickens' books.
The first famous character is Ebenezer Scrooge.Scrooge is an unkind and mean man.He doesn't give a lot of money to poor people and he doesn't care about that his clerk's son who is really ill in order to give some more money to the poor family.But ... one night Jacob Marley's ghost visits him and tells him that 3 more ghosts will visit him tonight.
Another famous character is Abel Magwitch.He's a bad criminal that escapes from his prison and he's free again.He meets a boy and he tells him to find food and if the boy doesn't come back ,he will kill him.But the boy comes back and the criminal becomes a grateful man.
Dickens was a good writer, but he died on 9th June 1870.

007 and the mystery criminal

Two months ago James Bond was in Istanbul following an unknown criminal on a moving train. The criminal shot him, but he hit him in the shoulder. The train was on a bridge and the two men were fighting angrily. Another agent of MI6 was watching them nervously. The leader of MI6 ,her nickname was"Mum", gave an order to the agent to shoot. The agent didn't want to shoot, because he could hit Bond. Finally, he shot and he hit 007. Bond fell off the bridge quickly in the water, but he wasn't badly injured. He was still alive.

Everybody thought that he was dead, but they were wrong. When 007 returned home and took out the bullet from his shoulder, he found out that this bullet was unique. So, he had to find who the criminal was. He searched for information on the Internet. He found out his name, he saw how he looked like and he found that he was at  Sangai. 

He went there and found the criminal at a high building. The criminal had just killed a very important person. They fought hard and James Bond pushed him backwards. The criminal almost fell off the building, but Bond caught him.It was early in the morning. The criminal let Bond's hand and fell.

  

Operation:"THE EXPLOSION"

    007 and 006 had to blow up an alien spaceship.They took lots of war and spy equipment with them because they didn't know the aliens' skills.
    They went near the spaceship quietly.They took some photos of the spaceship, with infrared cameras, so the aliens in the spaceship couldn't find them easily.Suddenly, they heard an alien
out of the spaceship .
    They hid behind a tree quickly and put a bomb under the spaceship which would explode in 5 minutes.After five minutes ,a loud BOOM was heard. They killed 1000 alien soldiers and they took a gold medal for their bravery.

My last birthday

Last year, I celebrated my birthday at LIDO SOCCER.I invited 9 friends ,so I could talk to everyone.We played football and basketball all day till we were tired of playing.After the game, my huge birthday cake arrived.I don't like eating birthday cakes ,so I couldn't say that the cake was delicious!

My friends chose amazing presents for me and wrapped them up in beautiful colours.In lots of countries in the world they do lots of things to have luck, but here in Greece we don't do anything to have luck.We just know that we're lucky.

HARE WANTS ANOTHER RACE 2

     Once upon a time, there was a hare which had lost in a race with a Tortoise. Because he was cross, he asked Tortoise for  another race."Three, two,one, GO!!".Hare started very fast.He ran down the hill and ran very fast , in the town.

     

      But in a few minutes he saw a river. He thought,"I'll jump".He jumped and fell into the water.He shouted for help and Tortoise saved him.The the race started again.

       

      Hare had almost finished, but the journalists stopped him at the finishing line to take photos of him.While he was taking photos, Tortoise passed the finishing line and she was the winner.

Felix and the fairy

  Felix and  his friends ,Jack and Mary, are at
the amusement park.They are having fun!There's so
much to see and do!They are really excited:''Look
at the strong man!Look at the juggler!Look at the
strong man!''.
  Felix and Jack are having a power competition.Felix
is the winner!The three children saw a magician and
they went next to him.The magician moved his wand
and said : "Abracadabra, look at the rabbit in the
hat"!A cute rabbit appeared and everybody said Wow!

The Selfish Giant

    Once upon a time, in a little village, there
was a giant's castle.Every day the children played
in the Giant's garden, but they didn't like Giant.
     One day the children heard:" Boom, Boom,
Boom!!!" They turned and saw a very big pair
of boots.They looked up and saw a big and angry
face.
    The Giant said: "It's all mine!!!.Keep off
my garden!".

The children were very sad when they walked out of the Giant's beautiful garden...

Aladdin and the lamp (Chapter 1 the uncle)

   Once upon a time Aladdin and his mother worked
hard to make some money.One day a wizard came to
his house and said to him: ''I'm your uncle Aladdin.
Come with me and I'll give you a lot of money''.
    Aladdin went to him out of the town.They went
in a secret cave in the desert.The wizard told him to
go down and bring the lamp back to him.But
this was a trap! The wizard closed the heavy door
and lit a fire.
    Aladdin rubbed the lamp and the genie
 appeared and said :''What's your wish master?''.
Aladdin said that he wanted to go home. Suddenly he was at home...

My Christmas

   One day ,I woke up and said: ''What's the date ,today?''.My dad told me that it was 25th December.I shouted:'It's Christmas,Yippee!'.
Our family had breakfast together.Then we put Christmas decorations in all the house.After that, we decorated the Christmas tree.
   My cousins came in and we played a lot of games.We played basketball ,volleyball and other games. We had fun and watched TV. We were watching fifteen films while our parents were playing
21 and 31, popular card games in Greece. Then, we sang some Christmas songs.
   Suddenly ,we heard ''knock ,knock''outside.That ''knock,knock'' went louder and louder.We opened the door and saw a fat man dressed in red.He laughed''Ho,ho,ho.Merry Christmas!''.It was Santa Claus.He gave us a lot of presents.Then he went away.
   After some hours my cousins went away, too.We had a beautiful time!!

Food for thought

  Mary lives in Sitia a seaside town on the island of Crete.She wants to have a party.Her father says yes and asks her what she wants for her party.Mary answers pizza ,chips ,coke ,sweets and a big chocolate cake.Her father doesn't agree with her because that's an unhealthy list.

   Finally, Mary falls asleep.In a while, she has a dream.All the unhealthy snacks come and ask her if they can come the party.But she always says no to them, because she doesn't want to have unhealthy snacks at the party.Then all the healthy snacks - apples,spinach pies,nuts,orange juice,water -come and ask her if they can come to the party.Mary always says yes.
 
   Next morning, Mary's mother can't still believe that her daughter is eleven years old.Dad sees that Mary has made a healthier list.''As long as you eat nutritious food you can eat some treats''.The guests are outside.They come in with a birthday cake.

Matilda , Chapter 9 An Unpleasant surprise for Miss Trunchbull

For the next new evenings, after school , Matilda secretly practised moving things with her eyes: rubbers, pencils, even books.Soon she could lift and push and pull them any way that she wanted to. On Thursday, Miss Trunchbull came to teach Miss Honey's class. Miss Truchbull looked ,carefully, at her glass and said 'I'm glad to see that there's nothing in my glass.Today I'll see if you can multiply by three.'You!Stand up!' she pointed a boy called Wilfred.I've got 7 Apples, 7oranges and 7 bananas.How many pieces of fruit have I got?' 'That's not multiplying' answered Wilfred?' 'Doesn't Miss Honey teach you anything?Three sevens are twenty-one!Say it!' 'Three sevens are twenty-one.' he said and Miss Trunchbull dropped him down.

Nigel shouted 'Look at the chalk -it's moving on its own!!'

'Who's doing it?'shouted Miss Trunchbull.But the chalk continued to write.

Agatha, this is Magnus.Agatha give my Jenny back her money.Give myJenny back her house, then go away or I'll come and get you like you got me.I'm watching you ,Agatha...
