I am writing this letter to complain about a computer game that I bought from your company last weekend. I am sorry to say that your product does not work properly. I have got three problems to mention about my computer game.
First of all, it is supposed to have three CDs with different games. I received three CDs that are all the same. Secondly, one of the CDs has got a deep scratch. Finally, as I was putting one of the CDs in my computer, I noticed that it did not have image and sound.
I would like to ask you if you could help me with my problems. Could you please send me a new game with three different CDs that are working properly or could I have a refund? I am going to send you my receipt with this letter.
